London Sprinkler Systems specialises in residential and domestic fire sprinkler installation to BS 9251 :2021 compliance.

Our services include, cost estimation for categories 1 to 4 of BS 9251 :2021 compliant fire sprinkler systems. Supplying fire sprinkler design CAD drawings. Calculating water supply requirements for fire sprinkler systems using Canute hydraulic calculation software. The supply and installation of approved fire sprinkler system components, including fire sprinkler pumps, dedicated WRAS approved fire sprinkler tanks, steel and CPVC sprinkler pipes and fittings and of course fire sprinkler heads.

We offer our clients full project management, from the initial design stage and throughout the installation process. This includes providing images for each stage of the installation and all the required compliance documentation needed by the principle contractor or client, in order for the project to be signed off by the building control authority.

London Sprinkler Systems was established in 2014, with the aim to fill the gap in the design and installation of residential fire sprinkler system installation, in social housing projects in the London area. We started with a small team of specialised fire sprinkler engineers who specialised in retro-fitting domestic and residential fire sprinkler systems, headed by the company founder, Daniel Scott.

Retro-fit fire sprinkler installation enables fire sprinkler systems to be installed whilst residents are still living in their homes. This offers a major benefit to large organisations such as councils and housing associations, as it minimises the disruption to the lives of residents and removes the need for temporary re-housing during the installation process.

London Sprinkler Systems has gained invaluable knowlege and experience from successful completion of multiple large-scale retro-fit fire sprinkler projects. Not only have our dedicated and experienced team honed their technical skills at delivering projects to comply with BS 9251 :2021 standards, on time and within budget, they have also acquired the social skills necessary when working closely with people who have diverse backgrounds and needs.
